With a strong background in residential property administration and operations, Alyssa brings care, precision and compassion to her role at GR8 Disability Housing.

Over the past three years, she has specialised in maintenance coordination and tenant relations, building valuable experience in the fast-paced property sector before transitioning into disability housing. 

Joining GR8 gave Alyssa the opportunity to combine her professional skills with a role that felt personally meaningful. Inspired by her experience growing up alongside a sister with a hearing disability, Alyssa understands the importance of supportive and accessible living environments and is passionate about helping participants feel safe, comfortable and empowered in their homes.

As Property Management Assistant, Alyssa manages many of the important behind-the-scenes processes that help properties run smoothly, from maintenance coordination and notices through to operational support. 

For Alyssa, disability housing is about far more than property management. It’s about creating dignity, independence and peace of mind for the people who call these homes their own.
