Senior Property Manager

Bernadette brings more than 12 years of experience across sales and property management to GR8 Disability Housing, alongside a Diploma of Real Estate (Agency Management), Certificate III in Community Services, and over two years of experience in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property management. 

After many years working in mainstream real estate, Bernadette realised she wanted a career that offered greater purpose and fulfilment. Returning to disability housing gave her the opportunity to combine her property expertise with her strong desire to support vulnerable people in the community.

Passionate about helping participants find a forever home where they can thrive independently or alongside their families, Bernadette is driven by compassion, empathy and a genuine commitment to helping others. 

In her role as Senior Property Manager, Bernadette supports tenants, support workers and property owners while coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring homes remain safe and well maintained. 

She believes quality housing can make a life-changing difference and is proud to work in a sector that prioritises participant wellbeing and dignity.
