Building Better Business: GR8 Hosts Industry Breakfast

GR8 Disability Housing is proud to be hosting the Building Better Business Breakfast on Wednesday 5 November 2025

An event designed to bring Supported Independent Living (SIL) agencies, NDIS providers and sector leaders together to strengthen the future of disability services in Western Australia.

With keynote speaker Hon Hannah Beazley MLA, Minister for Disability Services, alongside respected industry experts, the breakfast will provide practical insights into business sustainability, sector opportunities, and the evolving priorities of the disability sector.

Managing Director of GR8 Disability Housing, Perry Kleppe, said the event is an important opportunity for providers to connect and learn from one another.

“At GR8, we believe the strength of our sector lies in collaboration,” he said.

“The breakfast is about creating a space where providers can come together to share knowledge, build resilience and explore ways to grow their businesses while improving outcomes for people with disability.”

Business coach and author Gavin Bassett will also present, sharing practical tools to help SIL agencies and Support Coordinators enhance business performance and achieve long-term sustainability.

With compliance consistently ranked as one of the greatest challenges for NDIS organisations, compliance expert  Keturah Charlesworth will unpack the latest requirements and provide clear, practical guidance on how providers can stay ahead. 

Mr Kleppe said GR8 wanted to host the event to empower providers with real strategies they can take back to their organisations.
