Doha brings more than six years of residential property management experience to her role at GR8 Disability Housing, along with a genuine passion for helping people achieve independence and stability through quality housing. 

Having built a strong career in mainstream real estate, Doha was drawn to GR8 by the opportunity to expand her knowledge while contributing to something truly meaningful. Supporting people living with disabilities to find safe, secure and purpose-built homes has given her work a deeper sense of reward and purpose, especially during a challenging rental market.

As a Senior Property Manager, Doha’s days are varied and people-focused, balancing maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant support and day-to-day property operations. 

One of the things Doha enjoys most about property management is building long-term relationships with tenants and supporting them through important life moments. For Doha, being part of GR8 Disability Housing means contributing to something much bigger than property management alone – it’s about helping change lives for the better.
