Helen brings extensive experience across property, client service and community-focused roles to GR8 Disability Housing, with a professional background spanning corporate, not-for-profit, local government and business ownership sectors. Specialising in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL), Helen works closely with investors, support providers, participants and families to help deliver safe, high-quality housing outcomes.

What drew Helen to disability housing was the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. She believes a home is far more than just a property – it provides safety, independence, comfort and security. Seeing the positive impact appropriate housing can have on participants and their families gives real meaning and purpose to her work.

As a Property Manager, Helen’s role includes coordinating maintenance and compliance, conducting inspections, supporting participants and liaising with contractors and support networks to ensure homes remain well managed and participant-focused.

For Helen, the most rewarding moments come from seeing participants settle into homes where they feel secure, supported and able to thrive independently. She believes genuine care and clear communication can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
