Lachlan Perhavec

Operations Transformation Manager

Lachlan’s background is diverse and dynamic, most recently applying his skills and can-do attitude to real estate, property management and disability housing. While his career to date has been varied, it has always centred around helping people, whether through his service as a police officer and detective, or in leadership roles across hospitality, mining, and sport and recreation.

At GR8 Disability Housing, Lachlan is instrumental in streamlining operations and improving how our business delivers quality homes and services to NDIS participants. He’s often problem-solving and driving innovation, thriving on our collaborative team culture.



One of Lachlan’s proudest moments was helping Leon, who had spent 20 years in the quad centre, move into a beautiful new SDA home in Balga. Like so many stories that our team becomes part of, Leon’s delight at moving back to his childhood neighbourhood reinforced Lachlan’s belief that work should be meaningful. It also underlines Lachlan’s commitment to ensuring that we prioritise quality homes in great locations because everyone deserves to live with dignity and choice.
