It was Lisa’s personal experience navigating the aged care system for her elderly parents that inspired her to pursue work contributing to the wellbeing of others.

Bringing more than 18 years of experience in real estate to her role at GR8 Disability Housing, Lisa has a strong background in commercial property management, leasing, sales administration and trust account management. The care and compassion shown by the people who had looked after her parents had made a lasting impression on Lisa and she joined our team in 2022 seeking a role that offered both meaning and a chance to learn new skills.

Finding purpose in supporting people with disabilities to access quality housing, Lisa’s role focuses on managing the financial side of property operations. But it’s the connection with NDIS participants and their stories that always creates the standout moments for Lisa.
