Melissa brings more than 15 years of residential property management experience to her role as Senior Property Manager at GR8 Disability Housing, combining extensive industry expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for delivering trusted advice and exceptional service, while fostering strong relationships with both property owners and tenants.

Inspired by family members working in the disability sector, as well as her young nephew who lives with a disability, Melissa was motivated to join GR8 to make a meaningful difference. A naturally caring person, she saw the opportunity to combine her property management experience with a role where compassion and service go hand in hand.

No two days are ever the same for Melissa, with her role spanning communication with property owners and tenants, coordinating day-to-day property matters and ensuring every home is managed with care and professionalism. She brings warmth, kindness and a genuine commitment to helping others to everything she does, making a positive difference for the people she works with each day.
