The visionary force behind GR8 Disability Housing, Perry has been immersed in the world of property and finance since the mid-1990s.

With his trademark out-of-the-box thinking, care and compassion, and his exceptional attention to detail, Perry has turned the humble property management services business he started several decades ago into the leading NDIS housing provider in Western Australia.

Perry remains deeply involved in every aspect of our business, from property management to personally welcoming participants into their life-changing “new, forever home”. Their tears of joy motivate him to raise the bar in disability housing ever higher.

Crucial to Perry’s success has been flipping the conventional development model on its head. Participant wellbeing – along with choice and control, the cornerstones of the NDIS – has been made the priority. This is closely followed by the requirements of the care provider so that they can deliver efficient, effective and safe care.



Perry, alongside wife Tania and business partner Stephanie, has spent over 20 years shaping GR8 Disability Housing. More than a company, GR8 Disability Housing now represents a growing legacy of changing lives.
