Tania has been central to our team since the beginning. What started 30 years ago as a temporary offer to help husband Perry, turned into a lifelong commitment to property, people and purpose. Building on her experience in administration, Tania’s role has evolved to cover everything from reception and payroll to property management and client support.


Tania’s days are busy and hands-on. Answering phones, preparing leases, registering homes, supporting team members, and personally greeting everyone who walks through the door. Her dedication to listening and responding to participants and property owners helps set GR8 Disability Housing apart in our industry.


Driven by the desire to improve the lives of people living with disability, one of Tania’s most rewarding moments was handing keys to a couple – one partner living with a disability – who were overjoyed to finally have a home where they could stay together in comfort and dignity.



For Tania, GR8 Disability Housing is more than a workplace, it’s family. Her warmth, empathy and practical approach have touched many, many lives over the years.
